tenipuri XP: bigger, better and brighter than before

I'm sure many of you are you are worried about 'strange things' happening lately. In an effort to figure this out for myself (and for your benefit, of course), I've been consulting with some of my colleagues, and as near as we are able to determine, an event on Wednesday afternoon flooded the astral plane with foreign energy.

We would like to remind our students and associates not to panic. We don't believe that this event was malicious in any way. However, since some of you may be experiencing some unpleasant side effects for some time, please visit our medlab if necessary: our staff have been briefed on the situation and are prepared to handle any physical issues that may arise as a result of this influx.

If anyone has any questions, please, do feel free to contact me either by e-mail or in person. I can be found in my office from 10-3 on Mondays and Wednesdays; however, appointments outside of these hours can be arranged if you'd like. ♥

I hope everyone is enjoying their summer break, otherwise, and I look forward to seeing all of you when classes resume on September 3.

Classes will resume tomorrow, Nov 1, promptly at 8:00am.

Due to the lack of appropriate facilities, we will be meeting in the library and cafeteria. Please check the schedules posted on the bulletin board in the dormitory to determine where you should report. Training will continue in the sports facilities at the northeast corner of campus. (I would like to remind all students in the Physical and Energy classes that the training uniforms are mandatory attire for training classes.)

I encourage all students to excercise caution while construction begins on the new classroom building. Please be patient with us in this time of change.

I also ask that all students cooperate with Yanagi Renji-kun if he has any questions to ask, as he will be assisting us in implementing a new campus security system.

Concerning the events of last night:

While the party held yesterday was indeed sanctioned and allowed by the school, I was not pleased to discover late last night that there was alcohol being served freely at your function, as well as guests attending who were not Ryuhana Gakuen students.

Firstly, I remind the few older students here that the majority of our students are not of legal drinking age, and thus alcohol is not permitted at school-sanctioned functions. I should not have to reiterate this rule - not only is such activity illegal, but not a single one of you can afford the loss of control alcohol brings. I am already aware of one such student injury; I ask that any additional incidents involving your powers be reported immediately to our doctors.

Secondly, attendees that are not Ryuhana students are similarly not to be allowed at such functions without the express permission of either myself or Ryuuzaki-sensei. I'm sure you understand the importance of the environment we intend to provide here at Ryuhana, and such conduct only serves to work against us. There is a valid reason guests to the school must be signed in and out, and we ask that you observe this procedure for your own safety and that of your peers.

In the future, all such events will be chaperoned.

Ryuhana students will be receiving new uniforms this week, which they will be expected to wear when they are attending regular classes and any outside school functions.

White shirt - short-sleeved for summer, long-sleeved for winter; school crest over pocket
Red tie
Plaid pants - with front pleat and side and back pockets (both seasons)
Black dress shoes [ pretend I can draw them >>; ]
Black belt with silver buckle
Black sweater - school crest over left side (winter only)

Girls' uniforms have a pleated above-the-knee skirt in the same plaid as the boys' pants.
Girls may wear black or white socks in any length they desire (tights / nylons must be opaque).

Simple jewelry and accessories will be allowed. No hoop or dangling earrings.

[ The wrist guards are not part of the uniform ... Niou just looks weird without them. >>; ]

As a result of the explosions, the following dormitory assignments have been made. Note that the students being hosted have incurred damage to their personal belongings and may have also sustained (minor!) injuries.

Kamio Akira will be hosting Tanaka Youhei;
Ohtori Choutarou will be hosting Kaidoh Kaoru;
Kisarazu Atsushi will be hosting Mukahi Gakuto;
and Fuji Syuusuke will be hosting Mizuki Hajime.
