I'm sure many of you are you are worried about 'strange things' happening lately. In an effort to figure this out for myself (and for your benefit, of course), I've been consulting with some of my colleagues, and as near as we are able to determine, an event on Wednesday afternoon flooded the astral plane with foreign energy.

We would like to remind our students and associates not to panic. We don't believe that this event was malicious in any way. However, since some of you may be experiencing some unpleasant side effects for some time, please visit our medlab if necessary: our staff have been briefed on the situation and are prepared to handle any physical issues that may arise as a result of this influx.

If anyone has any questions, please, do feel free to contact me either by e-mail or in person. I can be found in my office from 10-3 on Mondays and Wednesdays; however, appointments outside of these hours can be arranged if you'd like. ♥

I hope everyone is enjoying their summer break, otherwise, and I look forward to seeing all of you when classes resume on September 3.

Most esteemed and unusually lovely Hanamura-sensei,

I'd like to make an appointment as I seem to have found myself in an usual situation where I should by all means not be alive. As I understand, I was "vaporized" sometime last year by Kirihara Akaya in a fit of rage.

With that said, I believe I have located Akaya and with your permission would like to bring him back to campus to recover in the medlab. I cannot ascertain exactly what his condition is, but it's possible he is experiencing any great number of dangerous side-effects, given the nature of his power.

It's lovely to see that you are no longer in a coma, though I am going to assume you have never been in a coma, so perhaps any shock on my part is misdirected. And as I, personally, have never been dead I can say the same in return.

Regardless, I believe it to be rather important that we meet at your earliest convenience. I do not wish to cause an uproar if it can in any way be avoided.

Dear Hanamura-sensei,

I believe you when you say that these strange things won't be of particular harm. However, and forgive me, but I think I need a little reassurance on the particulars of my situation.

As you know, I have no memories from my past, save for the last three-odd years. I seem to be recalling things from my childhood - are these likely to be actual memories, or are they dreams like everyone else seems to be experiencing? From what I understand about the powers that took these memories from me, what was pulled out of me, was pulled out for good.

I am suffering no physical pain as a result of these rememberings, and no other side effects with the exception of extreme and sudden confusion.

I know this is a small matter, and you surely have bigger to attend to, but the astral plane is not something I have much knowledge of. If you have nothing more to tell me, I will understand.

Thank you for addressing this matter, and thank you in advance for any further words you may give me.
