Summary: Meet the parents…good luck Shishido!
Dated: Last nightish

Ohtori gently leaned against the warm bundle of orange on the seat beside him on the back of the bus, a few long strands of brown hair peaking out from beneath the soft fabric and brushing over his wrist. This was the last stop before the bus turned around, and headed back. Smiling gently at the station coming into view, he could see his mother and father waiting there for them. Taking a deep breath, he leaned over and pulled back part of the heavy quilt and smiled, kissing the older boy's cheek.

"Shishido-san? Wake up, we're almost there."

In Shishido's opinion it was still too early to be almost there. At least when he had been forced awake to walk to the bus stop and crammed into a fairly small seat for the duration of the trip. He made a protesting groan and tried to draw the orange blanket back up his body.

He laughed quietly, glad they were the last two on the bus. "Shishido-san, my parents want to meet you while everyone is still awake...please?" He leaned over and kissed him on the lips next, slowly trying to draw him into consciousness.

Shishido leaned into the kiss automatically, letting the blanket slip lower on him. He was just reaching a hand up to cup Ohtori's face when the words registered. Shit. They were here to meet the parents. If his wings hadn't been bound they would have fanned out completely ruffled, as it was Shishido's eyes widened and he hastily pulled away from Ohtori, looking around the bus as if Ohtori's father would be there with a pitchfork waiting to skewer him.

"Great, parents of course." Shishido said somewhat rambling as his brain tried to turn on. He hastily stood; bashing his head off the low ceiling and with a few muttered curses grabbed his blanket, pillow and backpack before moving off the bus. Or at least attempting to before tripping on the bottom of his blanket and was sent off balance.

Ohtori stared at the older boy as the bus pulled into the station and stopped. Thank goodness for being out of his parent's view. He hadn't quite gotten around to mentioning this wonderful sempai was also his boyfriend, and would prefer they found out any other way.
"Shishido-san calm down you're going to-" he winced as the other did just as predicted, "trip."

Bending down to help the other boy up, he quickly rolled teh blanket up and pulled on his own backpack before leading them off of the bus and into the slowly darkening bus station.

"Choutarou!" A high pitched sound followed by a long haired girl leaping into her taller, but younger brother's arms. "We've missed you!"

He laughed and caught his sister quickly, before putting her back down on the platform. "Mom and Dad, this is is Shishido-an, from school. He's been taking good care of me. You remember him from the hospital, right?"

The other teen received a friendly greeting from the family, complete with short bows, save the eldest member of the family, who was still using a crutch from the shooting. "Welcome, Shishido-kun."

Shishido was still slightly disorientated from tripping and just waking and nearly dropped his bag and pillow as a wailing blur rushed by him and onto Ohtori. Before he could say anything he registered that that was Ohtori's sister and the two people approaching were his parents. He'd seen them at the hospital, but they hadn't really been introduced.

Bowing lowly, Shishido stiffly returned their polite greetings wondering if it was too late to hop back on the bus. As the family turned towards the car, Shishido took the opportunity to inch closer to Ohtori, "Can we go now?" He asked quietly, fidgeting a bit, his wings clearly ruffled even with the coat and bindings on them. It's not that he didn't like Ohtori's parents. It was more the fact that he didn't want them to not like him. And the less time he had to screw up in front of them the better.

Leaning towards the other boy, he smiled slightly. "Don't worry, they'll love you." Making sure no one else was watching, he leaned over and kissed his cheek gently one more time, "I love you."

Okay, he was nervous too, but hiding it very well. Loading their things into the trunk, they piled into the car and headed toward the new house. Sooner than even Ohtori would have liked, they pulled up outside the new house and started to pile out of the car.

Ohtori's father looked at the new mutant, he'd just gotten used to the boney one really, and smiled a little bit. "Tell us about yourself."

Shishido blushed and his eyes widen at the softly spoken declaration and the kiss. "Choutarou!" He chastened, "Your parents are right there." And he scurried a few feet away from Ohtori just in case he got in his head that making his feathered boyfriend blush was a fun activity.

The car ride over was torture, not only was he sitting right next to Ohtori, and in a tiny box with his family but his wings were being squished the whole time, he practically pushed Ohtori out of the vehicle in his haste to relieve the tension to his wings. And just as he was starting to relax Ohtori's father had to ask the vaguest but most crucial question.

About himself? Could he ask anything less specific. "Well, I'm eighteen, and umm I'm a mutant" Duh, could he be even stupider?

Shishido berated himself and tried to think of something better to say. "... And I was born and raised in Tokyo..." Oh god he was failing. If this was a test he had so just horribly failed. And he could see the way Ohtori's mother and sister was looking at him with that soft gleam in their eyes that just shouted 'aww our Choutarou's so sweet by taking the slow boy under his wing.'

Shishido was sure it wouldn't take that long to walk back to the bus depot.

As they moved to the house, Ohtori stretched out and yawned a bit into t he back of his hand, watching his Father talk with Shishido. Taking up their bags, he smiled slightly and nodded to them. "I'll take our things to my room."

Ohtori's mother smiled politely and studied the newcomer. "Choutarou said you have wings...you can uhm- take them out and get comfortable here." He nodded and headed off to the kitchen to finish the late meal.

It was the lawyer you had to watch out for anyway. "Do you have any plans for when you graduate?"

Shishido saw Ohtori leave and tried to toss him a pleading look that said 'please take me with you' but it failed to register as the taller mutant quickly disappeared. He managed to at least toss a thankful smile at Ohtori's mother until he realized with dread that this left him pretty much alone with Ohtori's father.

He quickly busied himself with his coat and bindings, trying to ignore the sharp eyes on him as he moved. "Uh.. I was thinking university, mainly correspondence courses really. I wanted to study History and Geography... maybe a few language courses." He said a bit distractedly as he stretched out first one wing and then another. "I want to teach." Shishido added on, feeling a bit more comfortable talking about school, it was something he'd had planned for a while, and being a teacher was a noble enough career.... he hoped.
"That's good. Choutarou wants to be a doctor, I'm sure he's told you. If he can keep his mind on his studies, that is." He shot a quick look at the boy that suggested he knew more than he was putting on, he smiled a little. "It's a good idea to plan for the future, being mutants must be difficult of course. I've had a few in my office, those are the ones who give up." A loose translation of, 'don't screw up and get in trouble.'

Ohtori bounded back downstairs and grinned at his boyfriend a bit sheepishly. "Feeling better, Shishido-san? I'll show you around a bit if you want."

"Yeah, he said he wants to study in Germany." Shishido answered, not sure if Ohtori's father was hinting at anything or always liked to subtly threaten his guests. "And I just want to teach..." Shishido reiterated, wings ruffling slightly. Did Ohtori's father have to be so scary? It was just stupid to be scared of a human on crutches, but Shishido was seriously considering flying the coop.

When Ohtori appeared, Shishido immediately agreed and all but dragged Ohtori back out of the room. "Your father is a scary man." He said in hushed tones as they walked away from the room. "Never leave me alone with him again." He pleaded, releasing Ohtori's hand when he realized he was still clutching it.

Ohtori practically yelped when he was dragged down the hallway and up the stairs. He blushed slightly, "my dad is a bit- uhm...protective is all." That being an understatement. "I won't..." He pulled the other into his room quickly and closed the door. "So uhm- this is my room. They tried to unpack it so that it looked just like the old one." He sat on the bed and pulled out a photo of him as a kid with his team mates. He was the one with the dirt smudge over his nose and across his cheek.

"They're calling for dinner in about 20 minutes if you want to rest a bit before."

"A bit?" Shishido asked a bit skeptical, "It was like the inquisition." Okay, so it hadn't been that bad, but the last time he had met the parents of someone he was dating, they at least openly knew he wad dating their daughter. And weren't parents supposed to be less protective of their sons? His wings ruffled and Shishido decided he really didn't need to think about stuff like that.

Shishido instead took time to examine Ohtori's room, probably a bit rudely as he stood on tiptoe to look at things and poked others. "I like it." He declared after poking at a baseball trophy. His room was pretty similar except track trophies instead of baseball.

Looking over at the picture, Shishido smiled. Ohtori was a cute kid. "I'm not tired anymore." Shishido said looking over at Ohtori's bed and deciding he much preferred standing. It was past his usual wake up time now anyway, he probably wouldn't be able to sleep even if he wanted. But maybe cleaning up wouldn't hurt.

"Mind if I steal your bathroom?" Shishido asked. He'd brush his hair, wash his face and maybe change his shirt, he had packed a nice one.

"Okay Shishido-san. The bathroom is just across the hall." He lead the way and pointed it out, before being stopped in the hall and told to help his sister. "I'll be back in a few minutes, okay?"

"Okay." Shishido said heading into the bathroom and locking the door behind him. Thankfully the bathroom was fairly spacious so his wings didn't bump against any of the walls as he moved around.

He took the time to relax, brushing his hair, washing his face, straightening some feathers and then changing into a clean shirt. Feeling more presentable for the Ohtori family, Shishido walked back over to Ohtori's room only to find him still missing. Feeling odd in the other's room without him in it he headed back down the stairs and towards the voices he could hear coming from what he assumed was the dining room and kitchen.

”No- he….he isn’t like the bad mutants that attacked those people. Nothing like that at all, he’s really nice and very kind.” He bit his lower lip, this had been a trap, his parents knew he was going to the Brotherhood since they read up on a few of the attacks and recognized some names. And- no….not everyone there is bad. I know there were some…fights and things on the news. But he really doesn’t do any of that…he’s a good person.” He winced slightly as his mother argued that she didn’t want him going to that school, but that it was his choice, he nodded and forced a small smile on his face. “It’ll be okay. I’m still going to be a doctor.”

Shishido poked his head into the kitchen cautiously, he probably shouldn't have heard that conversation, but he wasn't about to go back upstairs and pretend Ohtori wasn't down here defending him. "Hey Choutarou," He started stepping fully into the room, "Did you need any help getting ready?" He was really trying really hard to remember all those manners that his mother had drilled into him about being a guest, but it seemed a whole lot easier when he knew that the people who invited him over actually liked him.

Ohtori looked up quickly and offered a weak smile. “No Shishido-san, we’re about set. You don’t mind soup do you?” He was certain the older boy had heard some of what was happening. But at least, he should be glad, they were giving him a chance in the first place because they knew it mattered to him. At least the question and the less ruffled Shishido earned a pleasant nod from his mother. His father was still just watching him carefully. “We’ll set the table, come on.” He carefully grasped his friend’s wrist and lead him to the dining room. “…sorry about that.”

"I'm sure anything out of this kitchen will be delicious." He said, trying to warm up to Ohtori's mother, he wasn't really placing much hope in Ohtori's father ever liking him at this rate.

Away from Ohtori-san's watchful gaze, Shishido turned to Ohtori and poked him in the nose. "You didn't warn me that they'd hate me." He said. He definitely wouldn't have come then. Especially if his presence was causing Ohtori and his parents to fight.

He wrinkled his nose at the poking and took a half step back rather than have his boyfriend stab him up the nose. “I didn’t know that they knew I traded schools. Apparently word got back to them.” Their opinion on the Brotherhood and the type of mutants there is a bit…biased?” He started setting out the plates and worrying his bottom lip. “They’re giving you a chance though. Father’s idea. Not Mom’s.”

"You didn't tell them about the Brotherhood?" Shishido asked a bit startled, he knew that Ohtori wasn't looking forward to it, but he had assumed his boyfriend had told them. "I'd be pretty upset too if my son didn't trust me enough to tell me he switched schools." He didn't even bother pointing out that the bias was probably true.

Helping to set out the silverware he nearly dropped one on the ground at Ohtori's last words. "Your father? Mr. Interrogation is giving me a chance?" He didn't think Ohtori's dad a lenient bone in him, but maybe he was the biased one now. "But your mom seemed so nice…" Shishido added trailing off as his hands brushed against Ohtori's as they worked on the same place setting.

He smiled slightly, “mom is actually a bit paranoid about mutants since the shootings, so she keeps wanting me to stay home and try and hide it out for now. And well, Dad always says some of his nicest clients were the scariest looking and meanest people ever, so you shouldn’t judge too harshly right away.”

He blushed as their hands met again, smiling and looking up from the table cloth for a moment only to be caught by his giggling older sister as she bounced out of the room. “And…she- is a romantic at heart.”

"Should I be worried about that?" Shishido asked raising an eyebrow in the direction Ohtori's older sister just went. Right now she seemed like the biggest threat to his sanity out of the three of Ohtori's family members. Though she did remind him that Ohtori's parents could walk in at any moment and that that would have gone a lot worse if it had been them. He left Ohtori's side and moved to the next place setting, hastily working his way around the table, and not looking up at Ohtori. He really didn't want to wreck the one chance he had at getting Ohtori's family to like him.

”Probably.” He laughed nervously and continued working until the table looked right. This was going to be a long night. His parents soon arrived with the soup and set to serving it and getting everyone arranged around the family table, Shishido stuck opposite Ohtori-san. Choutarou across from his mother and sister. After a quick grace, they set to eating. At least the first few minutes of the meal were quiet until Rini, his sister spoke up. “So what do you two do when you aren’t in class?”

Shishido was focusing very hard on not screwing anything up, and had barely managed to stop from making a fool of himself when the family said grace. It was really uncomfortable being singled out at the head of the table. He gladly took the opportunity to talk to Ohtori's sister and focus on her instead of the measuring looks tossed his way every few seconds.

"Well I actually don't go to class," Shishido started but feeling the sharp eyes on him again he hastened to add, "Because I'm nocturnal I sleep through the day so I do all my course work at night and just meet up with the teacher for a couple hours." Rini didn't seem to be satisfied with that answer so he elaborated a bit further, "And I guess if I'm not doing school I go train at the gym. Learn to control my mutation and stuff…" He was definitely not adding that he spent the majority of his free time curled up with Ohtori or making out with their son. He wasn't that stupid.

Well, at least that was a good answer, Ohtori piped up quickly. “He’s also helping me work on controlling mine a bit too- he’s the one who helped me quit blowing things up.” Unless he wanted to, but that was another story. At least that satisfied his parents and sister for the time being, he smiled and quickly resumed eating his soup. “But mom, since Shishido-san is..nocturnal, would it be alright to leave the hall light on for him?”

She nodded slowly and offered a small smile, much like his own.

"Eh… it was mostly you… I just gave you the light bulb." Shishido said a bit sheepishly, a light blush gracing his face at the compliment. "And don't worry about the lights. I really don't need it." He added on. He didn't want to annoy the others when they were tying to sleep.

Choutarou tried to fight down his own blush, and redoubled his efforts to eat so he would keep his mouth shut. He looked back up at his father briefly and noticed he seemed less tense since last time they saw each other. That was a good sign.

”You can see in the dark?” Ohtori’s mother asked curiously, leaning forward just a little in her chair and studying him. “Choutarou hadn’t mentioned that”, and now Rini was giggling about something and blushing too.

Shishido nodded, remembering to finish chewing and swallowing before answering. "Yeah, I can read perfectly in the dark too, it's good for freaking people out." He explained drinking some water. "It makes sense though. I wouldn't want to fly into a tree at night." He continued, turning so that his blue eyes were looking over at her. She might have given Ohtori the smile, but her eyes were too dark to be the one who had given him the soft expressive brown eyes.

Everyone offered a quiet laugh at the idea of crashing into trees, and how oddly normal it was for that house hold, though more likely to be, ‘I accidentally blew out the power up the block again.’ “You don’t see much of each other then, since you both carry completely different hours. Right?” Another question hinting at things from the resident lawyer, who apparently had given Ohtori the brown eyes, but kept his behind his glasses.

"We see each other enough. In the evenings and mornings. A bit more on weekends if Choutarou's willing to stay up a bit." Shishido explained carefully not feeling the small chuckle was much of a victory and not really sure what type of answer Ohtori-san was looking for. But really they saw each other as much as they would even if they shared sleeping habits, what with the different classes and training they'd be taking. His wings gently flapped behind him and he looked over to Ohtori silently asking him to help him not make an idiot of himself.

“Yeah, see when we can he gets up early and I stay up a bit later so we can at least hang out for a few hours in the evenings or mornings.” He bit on his lower lip and smiled a little at his father, “Shishido-sempai is a very dedicated friend.”

His mother and father exchanged quick glances before finally his Father decided to just speak up. “So he’s replaced Kaidoh-kun then?”

Choutarou choked quietly and looked helplessly at his sister. “You know teenage boys daddy, things don’t usually work out for very long with them.” Oddly enough, that seemed to satisfy the elder Ohtori.

Shishido's wings ruffled up at the mention of Kaidoh and he had to refrain from saying something stupid and or incriminating, not with a lawyer present. But he could hardly let that go without saying anything even if it meant more interrogating questions from Ohtori-san. "I'm not a replacement." Shishido said evenly, angry eyes hidden behind fallen hair. And what the hell did Rini know anyway, he had known Ohtori just as long as Kaidoh had. But he at least stopped that from coming out of his mouth.

Choutarou took a deep breath and licked his lips. Now or never. “Shishido-san isn’t a replacement. Kaidoh and I- we were seeing each other and…broke up. Shishido had nothing to do with any of that.” He waited for the hammer to come down, his parents were going to throw him out or make him stay there forever.

”Oh, so that’s why you haven’t said anything about him lately.” Ohtori’s mom smiled, a little tension set at the edges of her lips. They’d had a feeling that was the case all along, and really considering the chances of having mutant babies with the way things were right now, this might be better. And things could always change later on.

"Ch-Choutarou!" Shishido stammered out, his wings fanning out and knocking against the wall and a shelf but thankfully knocking anything over. What was Ohtori doing? People just weren't supposed to drop things like that at dinner without warning their boyfriend first. Seeing that they hadn't been thrown out yet, Shishido tried to get his ruffled wings tucked back behind him and focused really really hard on his food. If he willed it hard enough maybe it would eat him instead.

“I-It’s okay Shishido-san.” He looked at his parents hopefully, they’d tell him soon enough, no doubt. His mother nodded calmly and went to put up her dish, his sister looked like she might squeal and dart for her camera. Ohtori’s father, however looked as calm as a frozen lake.

Looking pointedly at the teens, he raised a brow and started. “You’ve chosen a hard path. But as long as you both do what is best for each other, it’ll be fine.” He’d always assumed his son would find a petite little girlfriend, but at least his boyfriend was sort of feminine. “We’ll talk more in the morning. It’s late.” He rose to help with the dishes.

"Uhhh…" seemed to be the only thing coming out of Shishido's mouth at the moment so he just closed it and nodded as Ohtori-san left the table. He turned sharp and shocked blue eyes onto Ohtori, "A little warning next time." He said hoping that his heart would stop trying to beat out of his chest at any moment. At lest he'd finally managed to get his wings mostly tucked behind his back.

Ducking down slightly, he picked up the last plates and blushed. “S-sorry Shishido-san…things just sort of happened and hey, they aren’t too upset with us.” He was trying to be an optimist, really. Giving up the dishes, he came back out and leaned over the other boy’s shoulder. “We can go play some video games for a while. He just didn’t want to think about it anymore right now.

Shishido just nodded, not even chastising the other for his constant apologizing. He was still trying to wrap his mind around the events of supper. He was just beginning to plan his escape rout to the bus depot when he felt a familiar presence over his shoulder. "Alright." He nodded again, slipping out of his seat and following Ohtori upstairs. "They don't need help in the kitchen or anything?" He asked, his brain starting to catch up to everything. Maybe Ohtori's parents were in as much shock as he was, that would explain the non-yelling.

“No, when Mom cooks, Dad cleans. And vice versa, sometimes I do. They said not tonight.” He blushed a little more and led him to his room, setting up his game console and handing the other boy the games. “Everything has an order with them, so it’s ok.” He still couldn’t believe he’d blurted that out.

Rini peeked in and smirked slightly. “Don’t be too loud boys, I need my beauty sleep.” She winked at her younger brother and ruffled his hair affectionately. “And mom and dad’ll be fine. Well, I’ve got a date. Laters!” She skipped away to go change into something a bit more fun for her night out.

"And where do I fit into that order?" Shishido asked picking the video game that had the summer Olympic sports and handing it to Ohtori to put in. He moved to sit on the bed, but stopped when Ohtori's sister came in, he could feel himself blushing as she left. "Is she really related to you?" He asked because Ohtori was definitely not that forward.

Watching his sister, he waited until he heard her door close and settled on the bed next to Shishido and handed him a controller. "We think so?" He laughed slightly and relaxed enough, letting his leg rest against the other's. "Why?"

"No reason." Shishido said, not about to explain to Ohtori that he and his sister had polar opposite personalities. Though he guessed they both liked boys. His wings ruffled at the random thought and he forced himself to relax, leaning a bit closer to Ohtori as the game started. "Your parents knock first right?" He asked looking from the screen for a moment and over to the closed door.

”Yeah, always.” He smiled and started the game, looking at the options for competitions to start with. “My family is generally very respectful, I think they were just trying to get a feel for you.” He hoped. “Which game did you want to start with?” He moved his leg under Shishido’s, wanting to be closer to the older boy, he’d missed it a little too much and was now more at ease since his parents okayed their dating…more or less.

"I really hope they're done feeling me out then." Shishido said, putting his controller down on his lap and turning to look over at Ohtori. "I've been wanting to do this since the bus." He whispered bringing a hand up to cup Ohtori's face, his wings slowly wrapping around them. "I love you too." He kissed his boyfriend gently, just enjoying the closeness of the moment.

He looked over to make a comment on his parents and instead was soon leaning into a soft kiss. Tangling his fingers in Shishido’s soft hair, he chuckled quietly at how bad it was to be doing anything like this when his parents were right below. “Love you right back.” He nipped gently at the older boy’s lip, subtly hinting that he wanted more than a soft kiss.

As much as hearing those words always spurred him on and those little nips always went straight to his groin he held back. He really didn't want Ohtori-san to sue him or something for molesting his son. Instead he broke the kiss and rubbed his nose against Ohtori's. "When we're back at the Brotherhood, okay?" He suggested before showering Ohtori with many more tiny little kisses, the game music looping in the background.

“Okay.” He agreed gladly, aware of just how awkward that could be to have your parents catch you in the act of something other than Olympic swimming. He laughed slightly, vaguely aware of how annoying the theme song was getting, he kissed him back a few times before looking at the screen. “Choose your event and prepare to lose.” He had to get his mind off of other things, and quickly.

Shishido pulled his wings back a bit reluctantly, but it really wouldn't do to get carried away right now. He chose the triathlon and picked his character carefully. "I'll make you eat those words." He warned with a grin, "I am a track and field specialist after all." And just in case that wasn't enough of an edge, as the game started he poked Ohtori in the side to make him laugh and lose enough focus to let his character sneak ahead.

The triathalon…he smiled brightly and prepared himself to beat the older boy. “I bet a kiss on it, I’ll win.” He started off at a good clip, fingers quickly working over the buttons to take the lead. That was until a certain someone felt the need to jab him in a sensitive spot on his side. “Shishido! That’s cheating!” He had to work hard to catch up now, drats.

A kiss was almost enough to make Shishido want to throw the game, well at least give it a passing thought until his competitive edge kicked back in. Now if a blowjob had been on the line. Shoot. He watched as his player was passed by Ohtori's and cursed his hormones as he had to focus back in on the game and not other hormonal thoughts. "I bet a full body massage that the winner will be me." He grinned as he saw his swimmer overtake Ohtori's but now they were moving to the biking portion.

”You’re on!” It was a win/win situation as they played side by side, occasionally jostling each other and generally just having a good time. His thumbs worked madly over the buttons, the quiet clicking echoing in the room as he trapped his tongue between his teeth. He should have bet something better, because he was not letting Shishido win this one.

They were in the running part now, and Shishido was sure he was going to win when he made the mistake of looking over to Ohtori to gloat and saw that tempting tongue caught between extremely kissable lips. He quickly swung his head back to the tv to concentrate back on winning, he could gloat after he had crossed the line, but by then his runner was already falling behind. "Ack! I won't lose!" He said with determination, gripping the controller tight as he leaned forward, wings arching behind him and thumbs working like mad.

Ohtori was doing well, but the soft brush of arched and ruffled feathers on his side and back made him lose control of the character and come in second, only to see Shishido’s red character getting the gold, and his in blue standing on the second place box and frowning back at him. “I guess I spoke too soon.”

"Looks like it." Shishido said grinning. "But for being such a good sport," He leaned down and kissed the other, "A consolation prize." Not that any of his kisses were consolation prizes. He grinned some more looking over as his character's national anthem was played. "I'll claim my massage when we're back at the 'Hood too." There was no way he going to let Ohtori's teasing fingers dig into his wings when his parents could show up at the door at any second.

Smiling into the kiss, he licked his lips as it was broken and smiled at the older boy. “I have comics and videos too, so you won’t get bored and I’ll be up to play as long as I can. I’ll sleep on the bus ride back tomorrow.” And that way he could stay up the next night and give Shishido his prize properly. “And I’ll give you the best massage ever when we get back tomorrow evening.”

"I don't doubt it, but if you're falling asleep at breakfast tomorrow your dad will break out the inquisition on me." Shishido said looking over at the clock. "Another hour and then bed for you." He would have preferred to spend the night having fun with Ohtori and stealing kisses, but really, why put himself through such temptation. It wasn't like he was incapable of entertaining himself.

Looking over at his door, and then the clock, he smiled and nodded. “You’re right. They would probably think we were up all night doing things no parent wants to think of their kid doing.” He blushed a bright red and leaned in for one more quick kiss. “I’ll go brush my teeth and everything then, and you can go ahead and look around the room and entertain yourself. I can sleep like the de-“ He took a short breath, “I can sleep through a hurricane.”

"Does that mean I shouldn't tell them about the time I gave you a show?" Shishido asked huskily, nipping at Ohtori's ear for a moment. But just as quickly as his seductive mood came it vanished as he flopped onto the bed with a yawn. "You sleep like an angel." Shishido said flapping his own angelic wings, his head cradled in his arms. He wasn't tired, just lazy. Curling up beside Ohtori in bed and just flipping through manga was sounding pretty appealing right about now.

Choutarou’s eyes widened comically for a moment before realizing it was a joke. “Shishido-san!” He tried to give the other a reproachful glare, failing miserably. Leaning in for a quick kiss that moved to the protruding collar bone, he nipped gently on the skin. Then he was gone, off to brush his teeth and wash his face before changing into his flannel sleep pants and curl up on his corner of the bed, ignoring the cot that had been set up.

"I thought you told your parents I didn't sleep." Shishido said eyeing the cot set up at the other end of the room. He moved over on the bed to make room for Ohtori and draped a wing across from him, flipping through a random comic. "Hey Choutarou," He waited until the other looked over before placing a kiss on his forehead, "I love you." He whispered quietly, running a hand through silver hair before going back to his comic, a soft smile on his face.

“They probably just have it in case you sleep through breakfast or something.” Or his mother forgot again. That was always a possibility with her.
